Why use Aerial View Real Estate Photography? |
 |
Best bang for your buck |
| |
Did you know that some franchised real estate photographers have franchise fees as high as
36% on every job?
That's right, over 1/3 of what you are paying them trickles back down their long line.
Being independent, means we don't have these huge overheads built into our cost structure.
|
 |
Personal Service |
| |
The guy who takes the pictures also does the back-end processing.
Involving a different person in the critical processing phase, someone who has never seen inside the place you have just photographed, is seriously flawed. They cannot possibly know what the pictures should really look like.
|
 |
Bright and accurate colours |
| |
We take pride in ensuring that our images are an accurate representation.
Accurate pictures makes you, and your listings, credible.
Want to test your current photographer with a simple colour test?
Have a close look at all the different timber colours, ie; timber floors, benches, furniture, etc.
Compare the photos to the real objects.
Are all these different timber shades correct?
If not, your current photographer is either cutting corners, or blissfully unaware of the problem.
All these beautiful timber shades can easily end up looking like the same horrible, unattractive, sickly brown.
