Who?

Aerial View is a 100% Australian independent business. It was established in 2005 by Adam Maurer.

We provide prompt and personal service to the real estate industry and private clients. Our ABN is 15 182 454 649.

The idea of paying royalties and franchising fees up a franchise pyramid has very little appeal to us, and probably you too.

Being independent allows us more flexibility, and to offer our services without the inherent and hidden franchising costs, which is always ultimately passed onto the client.

Where?

We are based at Mt Ommaney, in Brisbane's south west, and service Brisbane and Ipswich. Other areas on request.

The first 50km of return travel is included, above which a 67c/km surcharge is applied for return back to Mt Ommaney base.

What?

Aerial View specialises in doing one thing, real estate photography, so we don't do weddings or glam shots.

We take pride in providing our customers with great service and eye catching images to help sell their listings or promote their property.

How?

Our mast mounted Nikon digital camera has a wide angle 18-85mm lens, and can be elevated up to 12 metres (40') high using a pneumatic (air-operated) telescopic mast. The operator has full wireless remote control of the camera, and can see exactly what is being framed on hand-held and vehicle mounted colour LCD monitors.

Ground work uses a 12MP Nikon digital SLR with a range of lenses, multiple speedlights (flash guns), remote controlled triggers, and a precison tripod. Our equipment can capture as much as possible in difficult and confined areas, like interiors.

Virtual Tours are shot using an ultra-wide 10.5mm f2.8 lens and precision panoramic head. Each VT consists of six high quality images seamlessly stitched together to provide the viewer a captivating 360° view. Beware of cheap and nasty VTs taken with only a single-shot. These are totally inferior to what we offer.

All of our images are captured in "RAW" format, the highest quality possible, which is essentially a 'digital negative'. Images are processed using Nikon software which is perfectly matched to our Nikon camera bodies for uncompromising results. Photos are enhanced and saved in sizes and formats to suit your requirements.
