Established in 2005 by Adam Maurer, Aerial View is a 100% Australian owned independent business.
We provide prompt and personal service to the real estate industry, as well as commercial and private clients.
Our ABN is 15 182 454 649.

Being independent, we don't have any inherent franchising costs to pass onto our clients.

New clients of ours are starting to realise that this is adding up to BIG savings in their marketing costs.

Where?

Aerial View is based at Mt Ommaney, in Brisbane's south west, and services greater Brisbane and Ipswich areas.

We offer great local rates for shooting properties in the Centenary and Forest Lake areas, because travel time is minimal.

As of August 2009, our "local rates" offer is extended to now include Springfield Lakes area, because there isn't one traffic light between us and you now.

What?

Aerial View specialises in doing one thing, real estate photography.

We take pride in providing our customers with great service and eye catching images to help their marketing campaigns.

How?

We use the latest in digital SLR camera equipment, have a wide range of lenses, multiple speedlights (flashes), remote controlled triggers, tripods, and all sorts of stuff, to get the job done.

All of our images are captured in "RAW" format, the highest quality, which is essentially a 'digital negative'.
Images are then processed using Nikon software which is perfectly matched to our Nikon camera bodies for uncompromising results. Photos are further enhanced, sharpened, and saved in sizes and formats to suit your requirements using Adobe PhotoShop.

Images are then burnt to CD for delivery.  For Real Estate agents, we also upload the images to our Client Download Centre for their immediate download and use.  The CD makes a great gift for the vendor.
